FFL Disclaimer
All firearms and regulated firearm accessories require the buyer to undergo a background check, as well as submit an ATF Form 4473 to the dealer. Falsifying information on an ATF 4473 is subject to a $250,000 fine and 10 years is prison.
ALL FIREARMS AND REGULATED FIREARM ACCESSORIES, as well as some ammunition, must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee, FFL herein. Ibex Armament LLC cannot ship to individuals or entities without a valid FFL, and under no circumstances will do so. Ibex armament LLC only ships firearms to Federally Licensed firearms dealers.
When you purchase a firearm or regulated accessory that requires shipment, it is your responsibility to complete all required paperwork when you pick up your purchase from your local dealer. It is your responsibility to contact your FFL before moving forward. We need to communicate with them so you get your product. Be aware that it is customary for your local dealer to charge a transaction fee at the time you pick up your purchase. This transfer fee is strictly between you and your local dealer. It is your responsibility to check with your local dealer concerning any policy of this kind and concerning your obligations. You don’t want to be surprised by the price of the transfer too late. Failure to pay your local dealer’s FFL Transfer fee may result in your item being returned, which will leave you responsible for return shipping and restocking penalty of 10%.
Buyers assume all legality, liability and responsibility for the condition, use, and security/storage of the firearm purchased. It is your responsibility to ensure that a firearm is legal to own in your state. Buyer certifies by purchasing a firearm from Ibex Armament LLC that he or she is legally qualified to purchase and own the firearm, and that there are no state or local laws preventing ownership. you must be at least 18-21 years of engage in any purchase of a firearm with us. Please check with your FFL dealer on your state’s legal restrictions and allowances. Firearm and Ammunition Disclaimers
IBEX ARMAMENT LLC ONLY SHIPS FIREARMS TO FEDERALLY LICENSED FIREARMS DEALERS. Ibex Armament LLC is an FFL and as such COMPLIES WITH ALL LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL RULES, MANDATES, AND LAWS when it comes to the sale, shipping, and distribution of firearms, regulated accessories, ammunition, and any other product that has restrictions and/or allowances. It is your responsibility to know and understand the regulations that pertain to you depending on where you reside. Laws change often enough to necessitate a double-check before you proceed in any purchase of a firearm, regulated accessory, or ammunition. You can use the following as a reference. Orders not able to ship to you will be cancelled, and a 4% fee will be incurred, as our processor takes this from us. If you are not sure, contact us. We are happy to assist in making sure your order is acceptable and legal, but we can only provide help before an order has been placed, not after.
We will not ship ammunition to a P.O. Box in any state as this is prohibited. firearms and ammunition cannot be shipped together, and will require separate shipments. Long arms will ship ground, as well ammunition, and other HAZMAT/Dangerous Goods shipments. Handguns ship Air only.
Alaska | No ammunition or primer shipments directly shipped to you. Package forwarding can be done, and you can receive a ground shipment of the aforementioned. |
California | No ammunition feeding devices over 10 rounds. No Tracer or Incendiary ammunition. No threaded pistol barrels. Ammunition shipments must go to one of the following: – A licensed ammunition vendor with a copy of their license on file – A Federally licensed dealer (FFL) with a copy of their license on file – A type 03 FFL (C&R) with a certificate of eligibility (COE) and both licenses on file – A gun range that will keep the ammunition on their premises – A law enforcement agency with written authorization from the head of the agency stating that the ammunition is for official use Blank ammunition is excluded and can be shipped to you |
– Marin County | CCW card must be faxed / emailed (on file) for ammunition purchase as well as the above California requirements. |
– San Francisco | No “prohibited” ammunition (Black Talon or similar brands). |

Connecticut | For all valid ammunition and magazine purchases one of the following is required: – A valid permit to carry a pistol or revolver – A valid permit to sell at retail a pistol or revolver – A valid eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver – A valid long gun eligibility certificate – A valid ammunition certificate and a legal photo ID that shows date of birth and photograph. *Some common exemptions from these requirements include state and local law enforcement, military personnel & FFL holders. No ammunition feeding devices over 10 rounds. No .50 caliber Armor Piercing or Incendiary ammo. |
Hawaii | No ammunition or primer shipments. No magazines over 10 rounds that are capable of being used in a pistol. |
Illinois | Any resident purchasing ammunition within or outside the State of Illinois must provide the seller with a copy of his or her valid Firearm Owner’s Identification Card (FOID) or valid concealed carry license AND either his or her Illinois driver’s license or Illinois State Identification Card prior to the shipment of the ammunition. The ammunition may be shipped only to an address on either of those 2 documents. |

New York | Ammo shipments must go to an FFL dealer or registered Seller of Ammunition. A copy of the FFL / SoA must be sent to us or already be on file. No ammunition feeding devices over 10 rounds. |
– New York City | Magazines and feeding devices prohibited. New York City residents can receive shipments only if they are active Law Enforcement or are an FFL holder. |

Any ammo component such as cases, primers, powder or bullets is considered to be “ammunition” in Washington DC and thus requires a license as well. |
