Ibex Armament is a full-service FLL dealer located in Rosemount, MN. We are happy to accept your items for transfer. Before you transfer anything to Ibex, let us know. We may not be able to accept transfers at that time. Items are available for pickup with an appointment only.

Ibex Armament offers FFL transfers for $20.00 for one (1) firearm, or any other regulated item. If you’re transferring more than one item, the second will be transferred at a cost of $10.00. Transfers of NFA items are $50.00 each.
We accept transfers from out-of-state citizens.
You will be required to fill out the ATF 4473 form before transfer. If your purchase and/or transfer requires a concealed carry permit, or permit to purchase, you’ll need to present that, as well as an address-matching, valid photo ID.
Items you’re ineligible to receive, must be shipped back to the originating FFL at your cost. Items abandoned for greater than 30 days, without prior consent, will be forfeited and destroyed.
